    3. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm payment.
  • No hidden fees  the amount shown at checkout is the shipping fee you will pay.

Delivery Areas

  • We offer worldwide shipping and deliver to most countries.
  • Door-to-door delivery for both domestic and international orders.       

Processing and Estimated Delivery Times

  • Order processing: 3–5 business days for authenticity
     checks, quality control, and dispatch.
  • Estimated delivery times (from shipment date):
    • Express shipping (domestic, U.S.): 12–18 business days.
    • International: 15-25 business days
       (may vary depending on destination and customs).
  • Note: High-demand releases, limited editions, or custom orders may require additional processing time. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Multiple Addresses

  • We do not support splitting a single order to multiple shipping addresses. Please place separate orders for different delivery addresses.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

  • We can deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times may vary by destination.

International Duties & Taxes (VAT)

  • International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
  • We do not collect VAT, customs duties, or import fees at checkout.
  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility upon delivery.
  • Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office for potential fees or restrictions before ordering.

Returns & Shipping Issues

  • If an item is defective, missing, or significantly different from the description, contact support@runarostore.com within 3–5 days of delivery with your order details and photos.
  • If confirmed, we will provide instructions for replacement, refund, or return according to our returns policy.

Return Packaging (if required)

  • If a return is requested, pack items securely and retain original tags and accessories to avoid damage during transit.
