REFUND POLICY — RUNAROSTORE
Overview
- Return window: 7 days from the date of receipt. If more than 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
Return Process
- All returns must include the original packaging and all original items/accessories.
- If original packaging is unavailable, pack the item securely in a replacement box with proper padding.
- The return address will be shown on your provided return label (it may vary by product).
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Do not send returns to the manufacturer.
Promotional Sales
- Purchases made during promotional sales are final and not eligible for return or refund unless a confirmed manufacturer defect exists.
Refunds (if applicable)
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
